Update your flash player & CLEAR BROWSER CACHE

ImageIf the media player does not load for you, or the video does not play properly, please update your browser’s Flash plugin. 
Download and run Uninstaller: http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/141/tn_14157.html
Then, Install latest version: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer

NOTE: You might also need to clear the cache/temporary internet files in your browser, this should be available under Tools > Options at the top of your browser.
