Q: What is the expected delivery for my order?
A: 2-3 weeks

Q: How many magazine issues will I receive?

Q: How does the Monthly Message program work?
A: $7 per month to receive a monthly audio CD

Q: I can not get my order to process successfully. I receive an ERROR.
A: The BILLING address must be the individual’s name on the credit card and the address that the credit card monthly statement comes to. The SHIPPING address should be the name and address of the individual to receive the package. If the billing address does not match the credit card billing name and address the order will not process and will result in an ERROR.

Q: Why do I want to create a LOGIN on the on-line store?
A: By creating a login it enables you to receive an email order confirmation for any orders processed on the website. Further, it allows you to store your address information (password protected) so that any future transactions can automatically populate this information rather than having to re-key the information.

Q: How do I establish my LOGIN for the on-line store?
A: From the home page use the Store/Contributions drop down menu, select On-Line Store. Next, click on the “Login” link located in the upper right corner just below the “Contact Us” tab. To create a login click on the link: "create account"

Q: Do you retain my payment information on file for orders processed by your website?
A: Absolutely not. For your protection any credit card payment information that you enter when processing an order is encrypted. Therefore, we do not retain any credit card account number.

Q: DVDs won't play on your PC?
A: Here is a DVD decoder that can be downloaded and installed on your PC so the DVDs will play. Click here to download.
