Please make sure you have one of the following media players installed:
- Windows Media Player 10 (for Windows XP)
- Windows Media Player 9 Series (for Windows 98 SE, Me, and 2000)
- Windows Media Player 9 (for Mac OS X)
- Windows Media Player 7.1 (for Mac OS 8.1 to 9.x)
- Windows Media Player 6.4 (for Win95 and Win NT4)

Windows Media Player Plug-In for Netscape
If you installed Netscape Navigator 4.x after Windows Media Player, you will need to install this plug-in manually or re-install Windows Media Player 6.4.
If you are using a computer that is not your own, or are using a computer at your place of business, then the owner or computer administrator may have disabled certain functions to the network or internet. Please see your computer / network administrator on how to enable these features.
If you have Content Advisor enabled in your Internet Explorer, please make sure that you add the Voice of Evangelism Site to your list of Approved Sites. To do this - Click Tools >Internet Options >Content >Content Advisor >Enable >Approved Sites then type in http://www.voe.org/ and click Always.
If you wish to download videos directly onto your hard drive, right-click on the "Direct Download" link and choose "Save Target As..." option. Then browse to a location on your hard drive where you would like to save this video file.
