OCI Time Capsules
In preparing for the next phase of ministry and building the OCI Ministry facility, months ago Perry was inspired to create a special “Time Vault.” This would be placed in the front of the new OCI facility and would be buried six foot underground and be encased in stone. This vault would hold “time capsules,” which are blue tubes about 18 inches long and 6 inches wide, in which a person can place letters to their children and grandchildren, pictures, notes, or whatever they wish. These capsules will be buried prior to the building dedication.
Each person participating will receive a special certificate and a number, identifying your capsule. In twenty years, the vault will be opened and you or a member of your family can come to Cleveland and retrieve the tube with your personal information from the ground.
We only have 100 capsules available and are offering one per any family that will invest in a special offering of $2,500.00 or more to help build the facility. We know this is a level of sacrifice for man. However, we believe this facility will be used mightily for Kingdom work and this is an opportunity to sow into fertile ground! What a great investment into the next generation, for training them for soul winning, evangelism, and world missions from this new facility!
A year-end tax receipt will be provided for this donation. It is important to note that when you receive your tax receipt at the end of the year, the VOE must deduct the $115 fair market value of the capsule itself plus $15 to ship the capsule. Everything over $130.00 is tax deductable.
