The Partner Strike Force login has changed

Thank you for visiting the PSF website. We wanted to let you know that there have been some changes in the way you access PSF content and features.

There is now no longer a global login to the PSF members-only website. (You used to login with the username "partner" and the password we gave you.) Now you must use your email address to log in and view the PSF website. To do this, use the following instructions:

If you are a partner and were previously logging in to the online contributions system:

  1. Use the login box on the left.
  2. Your login id is the email address you have associated with your contributions.
  3. You can use the same password you used to log into your contributions. 
  4. If you forgot your password or it's not working, try using the forgot password link. 

If you are a partner and never logged into the online contributions system (but gave manually over phone, etc):

  1. You must first register for an account.
  2. This will return you to the home page where you can login. Your account is created immediately but  your partner access will have to be confirmed by our staff. Please note that it can take 24-48 hours for us to confirm your partner access.
  3. Contact us, supplying your name, email, phone number and a request to be given partner access.
  4. Once we have confirmed your partner status, we will email you once you are able to log in to the Partner website. 

Once you have logged in:

  1. Visit the "Partners" page in our site's main menu
  2. Clicking the link to visit the PSF member's only website. 
If you have access with your account, you will then be able to browse the PSF members-only website. If you are unable to browse the PSF website but feel you should be able to do so, please contact us , so we can assign your account the correct level of access. 

Online Store 

You can now use the same email and password to access our online store. We have consolidated all of the login features of our website so that the store, contributions and the partner strike force web site, all operate via the same login system. 

Forgot password 

If you try to log in or register with an email that already has an account associated with it, our system will detect this and prompt you to utilize the "forgot password" feature. This feature will email you a new password that you can then use to access the various sections of our website.
