Q: What Players do I need to watch Manna-Fest online?
A: Our default player is currently Windows Media Player 9 or better. Mac
users can also download a free program called Flip4Mac to play Windows Media
files from Quicktime.

Q: What browsers are compatible with your website?
A: Internet Explorer 6.5 or higher, Firefox 2.0 or higher, Safari 2.0 or

Q: I can not get my order to process successfully. I receive an ERROR.
A: The BILLING address must be the
individual’s name on the credit card and the address that the credit card
monthly statement comes to. The SHIPPING address should be the name and
address of the individual to receive the package. If the billing address does not match the credit card billing name
and address the order will not process and will result in an ERROR.
Q: Why do I want to create a LOGIN
on the on-line store?
A: By creating a login it enables
you to receive an email order confirmation for any orders processed on the
website. Further, it allows you to store your address information (password
protected) so that any future transactions can automatically populate this
information rather than having to re-key the information.
Q: How do I
establish my LOGIN for the on-line store?
A: From the home page use the
Store/Contributions drop down menu, select On-Line Store. Next, click on the
“Login” link located in the upper right corner just below the “Contact Us”
tab. To create a login click on the link:
MEMBERS LOGIN BELOW (NEW MEMBERS SIGN UP HERE) An “Account & Contact Info” window appears. Enter your first name, last name, email address, a password and phone number. Lastly, you must complete the billing and shipping address information. Click “CREATE ACCOUNT” and you have successfully established a login to use for all future transactions within the store.
Q: Do you retain my payment information on file for orders processed by your website?
A: Absolutely not. For your
protection any credit card payment information that you enter when
processing an order is encrypted. Therefore, we do not retain any credit
card account number.
